Puppy Power!

We have a big selection of pups in the Bruff's Bark Band so it's time to show some of them off in the style they all love: having fun!

We'll start off with a little man with loads of energy and a face to make you awe, here's Frank in his new career path as security!

Don't start trouble with this one!

Next up, some action with Midget and Alfie - still young and proud - then big boy Buster with Frank and Bradley - who could be confused for a little lamb!

Finally we've had another one staying at Hotel Bruff, this time it's Rudi! He's been with us since he allowed out the house and he's still the happy man we've always known!

Posing with Skye
But other than just chilling with the Girls, he's also been meeting new friends so here's a new face of the Band it's Travis, he maybe be young but he's becoming friends with all and doing amazingly at Training!

These two were inseparable!
Finally when it comes to the end of the play, everyone needs a good nap and Rudi is no exception to the rule, he tries to fight sleep but the wee man enjoys it's a bit too much.

It's a Pug's Life!

We have another Pug - or as we have recently learned they are known as the Dutch Mastiff! - and he's a little young pup of 4 months!

Meet Frank!

This little man isn't afraid of anything or anyone and has happily made himself apart of the bigger dogs of the Bruff's Bark Band! We now have 5 Pugs - Winston, Rudi, Bertie, Basie and Frank - each with a different personality but full of energy and joy!

Pugs have been well known throughout history, the breed originating for China but becoming a well sought after dog by royalty in Europe in the 16th Century onwards.

Enough Pug business - for now - we have had some more sleepovers recently, starting with Cara, who is with Rhu and Skye at the moment. So she has been meeting some new doggy friends whilst on her little holiday from home.

So here is her new pals: Hugo, Maggie, Midget and Sophie.

And after some playing -  like rest of the dogs who stay over - Cara is ready for a good nap!

Zzzzzzz....
But with all of the dogs in Bruff's Bark, we do love them and sometimes they show us affection back.

Kisses!

And finally here's another stay over, this time it's Oscar, who join Thumper for the night!

Hello!

This is my bed right?

And sometimes even the dogs have one of those mornings where they don't want to wake up!

This is Playtime!

The Bruff's Bark Band members are a very excitable bunch and can play rough but as you'll see it's all safe. We wouldn't let anything spoil a good run around with friends.

We've got a few clips together, starting with Bertie and Sophie - she's really coming out and enjoying every moment of it!
Then we have the Big Sisters: Tia and Rizzo joined by Midget and Maggie, showing size and age doesn't matter.
Finally, it's boy vs. girl, Bertie and Maggie, it's a test of endurance but full of joy!

We make sure that when our dogs play that they are safe and it's never let out of control. Playing should be a big part of a dog's life as it provides socialisation and exercise so we try to make sure all our dogs have a good time as much as possible - and here's the results!

Happiness!
Though a whole week of it can be a bit too much!

Don't want to get out of bed, mum.

Fun and Training!

There has been some favourable weather for some fun, though at Bruff's Bark we have a select few that will play in any weather!

But we'll start with some fun and training with Hilary and Ruby, she may be young but she's a smart cookie!

Next up, we have a fun loving pair, Sam and Oscar. Sam is a bit older but still loves a good run and play with the ball; Oscar is coming up for his first birthday and although he can be a timid, he just wants to be friends with everyone!

Finally, we have a little clip of a little dog, yet that size does not stop him when he's on the training course, here's Jaxson!
